4.1 All transactions on winmy are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). winmy does not charge currency conversion fees on MYR transactions.

4.3 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. winmy may request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal.
4.5 winmy does not accept deposits that constitute proceeds of criminal activity. Deposits suspected of originating from unlawful sources will be reported to the relevant authorities and funds frozen pending investigation.
4.6 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply. Current limits are displayed within your winmy account dashboard and may be updated periodically.
5.1 winmy may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms set out at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible games.
5.2 Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
5.3 winmy reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time and to void bonus-derived winnings where abuse or manipulation is detected.
5.4 A Player may not hold more than one bonus simultaneously unless the specific promotion terms expressly permit this. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times via duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse.

10.3 winmy's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
